I’ve been working on something special and it’s finally time to start launching!

I’m going to start an Accessible Yoga Series, which will be a series of short videos exemplifying yogic techniques that any spoonie can use to move, breathe, and live in mindful ways. You can find the growing library right here on my site — click here.

Up First, The Neck

We spend a lot of time sitting, hunched over our devices. This can lead to neck tension, which could potentially lead to pain and excess strain.

The neck moves in 3 different ways:

  • Flexes & Extends (i.e. nodding)

  • Rotates (i.e. shaking head ‘no’)

  • Lateral Flexion (i.e. head tilts to left/right)

Find a few times during the day to stretch your neck using these mindful techniques to help ease tension and alleviate excess strain on the neck.

Comment below if you have any tips or tricks to keep your neck healthy and tension-free!

The first video is ready and here it is — I hope you enjoy it!

In this short 5 min. video, you will learn 5 simples ways to stretch your neck in an accessible and mindful way.
